A 4 x 6 flat card, in the landscape (horizontal) orientation, which has been decorated, written on or in some way embellished, which is then given rounded corners and two-holed punched in the center of the top edge according to the European 2 hole standard (80 mm spacing) with a blank back side. Each card also includes the card creation date in an unambiguous format (eg. 11 June 2005) and the name of the card maker. Common forms that BeDe cards take include: informational notes, collage, mail art & visual journal but the potential applications are limited only by the imagination of each individual BeDe card maker.
